You will need to contact the payroll team in the first instance. You can do this by lodging a ticket in the service now portal through the DCCEEW intranet. You can access this through the top menu the DCCEEW intranet homepage: System>People/HR systems>ServiceNow - payroll. Alternatively, you can email them directly at [email protected], this will then automatically log a ticket for you also.
For urgent pay enquires you can call HR Help on 1800 571 214 and they will be able to escalate a resolution for you.
Please note this is only applicable for APS worker paid through DCCEEW.
